Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Warpdrive for an Organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that Organization. Warpdrive is not intended for children under 13.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. An Organization may manage access to an account it provides.

3. Hosted and self-hosted service

Warpdrive is a companion and orchestration product that can use hosted services or a Gateway operated by you or another party. You are responsible for systems, network access, backups, security, and legal compliance for a Gateway you operate. Features may differ by platform, plan, Gateway capability, provider, or region.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Warpdrive to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate harmful conduct;
• access accounts, systems, data, or devices without authorization;
• distribute malware, evade safeguards, or interfere with the service;
• harass, exploit, threaten, deceive, or unlawfully discriminate against people;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact where that could cause harm;
• resell or abuse the service in a way that defeats plan or usage limits.

5. AI, Apps, and connected providers

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. Review output and test changes before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or production decisions. You control which providers, Apps, tools, Workspaces, and device capabilities you connect and are responsible for their use.

Third-party providers and Apps have separate terms and privacy practices. Warpdrive does not control their availability, output, or data handling. Report unsafe output or Store content through the available product or support channel.

6. Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant Warpdrive a limited right to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and authorize the requested processing.

Public Store submissions, comments, and reviews may remain visible until removed or moderated. Do not publish secrets, credentials, personal data you cannot lawfully share, or content that violates these Terms.

7. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid features, trial terms, prices, billing intervals, usage limits, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Store purchases are billed and refunded under the applicable Apple or Google rules. Other purchases are handled by the identified payment provider. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not automatically delete your account or data.

8. Software and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, Warpdrive grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the official software. Warpdrive and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, and software. Open-source components remain governed by their licenses.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Warpdrive at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others; investigate suspected violations; comply with law; or address unpaid charges. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Account termination does not automatically remove data stored on a self-hosted Gateway or by a connected provider. Review the retention and deletion guide.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Warpdrive is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that every provider, App, Gateway, or feature will remain available. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed are not affected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Warpdrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Any mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot be limited remain in effect.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or account notice. Continuing to use the service after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
